Price Adjustments

Prices are subject to change without notice. In the case that an item’s correct price is less than the stated price, you will be charged the correct price upon shipping. In the case that an item’s correct price is more than the stated price, you will be contacted with the correct information. If you do not confirm the order at the correct price within ten business days, the order will be cancelled.

Return Policy

Leslie Greene wants you to have the most satisfactory experience when purchasing from our online boutique. In the event that you wish to return merchandise, your purchase must be returned within 15 days from the shipping date and must be in the original condition and original packaging. Leslie Greene.com will only accept returns that originated from the website. Used merchandise cannot be returned.

Prior to returning the item, the purchaser must log on to “My Account” and submit the RTV Form. Once completed, you will receive a Return Authorization Number. We cannot process any return without this. Please include a print-out of the form with your return or make sure the RA number is written legibly on the package.

A full refund, less shipping and handling, will be remitted in the original form of payment. The refund is only remitted to the purchaser. 

Merchandise Guarantee

Please send all repairs back to us within 60 days of delivery. We will use discretionary measures to determine whether regular wear and tear has occurred. We will not accept responsibility for our pieces should any jeweler, other than an authorized Leslie Greene jeweler, work on them.

Shipping & Handling

Shipping & Handling charges include order packaging, processing, transport and handling. Packages are shipped UPS Ground, Three Day, Second Day or Overnight. This is selected by the purchaser. Rates are subject to date and time of purchase as determined by UPS.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is automatically applied to your Leslie Greene. Com Merchandise order. Sales Tax will not be applied to virtual gift card purchases. Unless Merchandise items are included then tax will only be applied to merchandise items.
